1. ONLINE SERVICE (Canada only)
Customized Meal Plan, Grocery List and 20+ Recipes emailed to you in PDF format. A questionnaire will need to be filled out but no consultation is necessary for this option. -$70.00
2. NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION (In person)
Initial Consultation (approx. 90 minutes)- $115.00
3. EVENTS
If you have an event that you would like to hire a Holistic Nutritionist for or would simply just like to get a few friends together and learn about better nutrition, contact us. Prices vary depending on needs.
4. FOOD DEMO
1 hour interactive and educational food demo, nutritional information handouts, a prize draw, recipes, and food sampling. Please contact us to discuss price.
5. CORPORATE
If your company is looking for someone to come in and speak with your staff about Nutritional Health. This may include a ‘lunch and learn’ group talk or perhaps one on one consultations. Please contact us to discuss price.

Insurance Coverage
Please check with your insurance policy to see if Nutritional Consultations are covered. If not, please print a copy of the attached Benefit Request Form and submit it to your insurance company. They may add it to your policy for you.
